Prabhu has experience in successfully defining, executing and stabilizing complex global programs spread across multiple Continents, Countries, Programs and Technologies in the area of CAD/CAM/CAE simulation and PLM solutions. Prabhu excels in defining & executing strategic PLM direction for global corporations and finding solutions for ever-emerging technology challenges due to multiple products, platforms and technologies accumulation as a result of growth, global mergers and acquisitions.

Prabhu has successfully led and built an Offshore Delivery Center for IT Infrastructure services company from scratch including setting up a business entity, STPI, infrastructure, hiring and retaining the best talent and successfully executed 24 x 7 operations center. As a President of PROLIM, Prabhu is responsible for P & L, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Client Management, and overseeing Global Operations.

Srinath has over 20 years of experience working across start-ups to large enterprises. He started his career with an Ann Arbor-based start-up, Imageware, selling software and has since then worked with SDRC, EDS, UGS and Siemens as the CAD/CAE/PLM industry went through consolidation. He has worked in various roles of technical pre & post-sales, product management, marketing, product development & sales. For a brief period, he left Siemens and joined Infosys in growing its North American Automotive Engineering business. After a successful stint in North America, he relocated to India and re-joined Siemens India.

In Siemens India, Srinath led the Industry consulting team and help shift the focus from selling individual products to a tight-knit industry solution across the domains of mechanical, electrical, electronics & software. He led both the Automotive & Machinery industries and used business consulting practices as a catalyst to grow the revenue for Siemens India.

Tony Lisle is responsible for PLM Engineering Management at PROLIM PLM. He started his career in 1995. He began CNC Programming in 1997, G & M Code Programming across almost all CAM software platforms that include NX/Unigraphics, SurfCAM, GibbsCAM, MasterCAM, Part Maker, ArcoCAD for CMM, JMS Pro, etc. As responsible for Engineering Management, Tony is responsible for Managing Engineering Team, Presales Demos, Training, and Technical Support.

Tony manages Project delivery deadlines, Project Management for Services and Collaborate with Sales Team to support presales activities, Collaborate with Marketing Team on behalf of Engineering Team. Tony is a hands-on manager and leads the CAM Team’s projects, schedule, and deliveries, Create tutorial videos and “How-to” documents for customers and for our company website and YouTube Channel. He handles high-end Technical Support for NX, Contract Programming, Post Processor development and Customization for NX per customer specs of Templates, Libraries, Shop Docs, CAM Setup and Customizing Defaults.

Tony is a Certified Siemens Pre-Sales Technical Practitioner – Provide software demonstrations for customers to show how NX CAM can help with their engineering and manufacturing process.
